Welcome Statement

Hello and Welcome to RUAH TRANSFORMATION Support Sessions!
As times get increasingly unstable and chaotic the goal of RUAH TRANSFORMATION Support Sessions is to provide to you an atmosphere consisting of compassion, support, empowerment, hope and resources. Authentic collaborative conversations can be critical in one's healing and forward movement in difficult, painful and trying times and/or processes.


RUAH TRANSFORMATION Support Sessions are free, confidential and here to provide a safe space for you to productively release and express your thoughts, feelings and concerns without judgment. We want you to know you are not alone and we look forward to you joining and participating in our sessions.

Apostle Sovereign Cross-Smith, B.S., M.A, CAGS/PSY

Sovereign B Cross-Smith, Dr. Honoris Causa in Education and Advocacy, is a motivational speaker, teacher, educator, and trainer. Sovereign is the founder and Dean of Studies for H.O.P.E Biblical School, co-founder of R.A.W Kingdom, founded and created several community programs that supplement community needs such as: Creative Cleansing Colors (Art Therapy), Artistic Autistic Arts (Children Arts Program), Women of Goshen (Women Ministry), Women Encouragement Fellowship, Sovereignty Consultant (Spiritual Counseling) and Joshua Movement (Youth Group). For over 10 years, Sovereign has been serving as a marriage and family counselor, consultant and community liaison with Beyond The Exterior, Inc. She has worked for organizations such as: Special People In Northeast as a Therapeutic Support Staff, Behavioral Health Specialist for Resources for Human Development (RHD), Community Counsel Community Center as a Therapist. She earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Psychology in Trauma and Disaster Relief Specialist. Master's in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University, Bachelor's  in Biblical Studies from Cairn University and an Associate degree from Manor College in Early Childhood Education from Manor College.

Kenyetta “Straight” Brown, B.A., M.A,

Kenyetta “Straight” Brown serves as a certified school counselor for the School District of Philadelphia and is currently on the pre-licensure track to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has over 10 years of experience, which includes working with women transitioning into independent living, individuals with special needs, and youth and families within and outside the School District of Philadelphia, as well as group facilitation for organizations, Women of Goshen and Joshua Movement under R.A.W Kingdom, Inc. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, a Master's degree in Psychology from Walden University, and a Pre-K-12 School Counseling certification from Eastern University.

Teyné  "Resources" Crum, B.S., M.A.

Teyne “Resources” Crum serves, Lead Consultant, and trainer of Beyond The Exterior, Inc., an Adjunct Professor, and a Substitute Teacher as well as over 10 years experience as a group facilitation for organizations such as: Women of Goshen, Women In Transition, Joshua Movement, H.O.P.E Biblical School and  R.A.W Kingdom, Inc. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Information Technology and a Master of Arts in Urban Studies and Youth Development. She received her training and certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors as a Christian Counselor, Certified Addiction and Recovery Coach, Board Certified Mastery Mental Health Coach, and Certified Mental Health First Aid trainer with the National Council of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
